Bulletin Board Policy:        

 

¥   The bulletin board is to be used strictly for communication among members of the Moody Point Homeowners Association.  Postings may be related to association business (e.g., announcements about the dates of upcoming meetings, status of planned MPCA projects, and community social events (e.g., community potlucks, informative nature walks, group field trips, neighborhood special interest groups).  Announcements related to the town of Newmarket (e.g., announcements of town meetings and local elections) that are especially pertinent to the Moody Point community may be posted at the discretion of the Community Life Committee.  Concern for the privacy of our members and for the security of our homes and property must be taken into account when postings are prepared.

 

¥   Advertisements for commercial enterprises, partisan political campaign posters, and the like are strictly prohibited.  Personal notices of the sales of articles or property by Moody Point members can be posted for a maximum of 30 days.

 

¥   The Community Life Committee will have responsibility for postings and board maintenance.

 

¥   Postings for the bulletin board should be submitted by letter or e-mail to either the MPCA Secretary (or his/her designee) or the Chair of the Community Life Committee (or his/her designee).  You can reach the current Community Life Chair, Lynn Badger, at lynnnh@comcast.net or the MPCA Secretary, Russ Simon, at rsimon48@comcast.net
