• Irrigation system problems (e.g., system is going on and off when it should not) problems with ones own system (e.g., broken heads, dead sensor batteries)
• Insurance documentation (e.g., riders when refinancing, description of coverage, insurance company, policy numbers, agent information)
• Minutes for Ridge meetings
• Maintenance related issues (decks, stoops, sidewalks, lamps, siding, roof, plantings)

• Billing for MPCA fees (yearly)
