MPCA portion of the work on Lot 4 is complete. Several approvals were required. MPCA received approvals

order to conduct limited tree cutting within 150 feet of the shoreline in Lot 4 west of the bridge.

President’s Administrative Update:
Linda Edwards did a list of whom to call for various services. It was on the back of the last condo fee invoice. It
is attached here for your convenience.
Linda Edwards is building a file of documents with Evergreen regarding insurance policies and other legal
documents.
Resident Concerns:
Snow removal survey has been distributed.
Residents need to remember we pay Blanchette a set monthly fee; we do not pay them for each snow removal.
Therefore, there is no reason to stop Bob from removing snow (no matter how little there is). It is not up
to individual residents to stop the work of a contractor.
Termite Information Flyer is in draft. Residents need to know that treatment of one house does not cause the
termites to move to another house. Treatment eliminates them.
Questions regarding ailing trees will be addressed in the Annual Plan.
Services not covered by your condo fee include:
Gutter cleaning Roof snow raking Deck shoveling.
Linda will ask Evergreen for a list of contractors that individual residents may contact.
Annual Plans:
Linda Edwards is working with Evergreen on:
Reserve Plan Annual Maintenance Plan
Landscape Multi-Phase Plan Pro-ration of costs by single vs multiple unit structures
Evergreen will attend our February and May Condo Board meetings and the Ridge Annual Meeting in June.
Remaining Meeting Dates:
February 10, 2004 at 7 PM
May 4, 2004 at 7 PM
June 6, 2004 Pre-meeting for Ridge Condo Annual Meeting

Respectfully submitted,
Judy Lange
